QUESTION: What do you think about the Fleshlight? Seems a bit pricey to a college dude like me, only it looks kind of wonderful how it must feel! Do you think it’s worth it?
RESPONSE: Yes! This is actually the only popular “sex toy” that I personally sometimes use. I’m sure many other sex toys can be worthwhile also, still this one—once I tried it—I suggest about any male masturbator ought to try. There may be some confusion over the two names, “Fleshlight” and “Fleshjack,” supposedly for different sexualities, but in truth they’re basically the same idea, with some different “styling” around the orifice to reinforce association with different sex-acts: fellatio, anal intercourse, or vaginal intercourse.
My dear friend, Peter J. Macay, a great masturbator who visited my home some years ago to participate in recording the “Mindful Masturbation” videos we created, did a session of Fleshlight self-pleasuring for the videos. At the time Pete told me that the Fleshlight was “truly wicked, in fact EEEVILLL!” By which he meant, of course, intensely, almost irresistibly pleasurable.
Yes, as I discovered a year or two later when I first tried one that my partner had purchased. YEEEEOWWWW!!! Or should I scream “Boy Howdy! Just what the doctor ordered!”? In fact, my first few times that I lubed up with water-based lube and slipped the non-specific orifice of the Fleshlight onto my erection, the blissful sensations felt so powerful, I could hardly stand it without ejaculating immediately. I had to move the thing up and down on my erect penis very VERRRY slowly at first. It was a struggle to master the powerful surges of pure penis pleasure that rippled through my entire body, head-to-toes.
Yes, my penis is extremely sensitive still: I take seriously good care of it, using plenty of lube for most masturbation sessions—but I suspect that initially the Fleshlight is like a strong adversary, challenging you to master the urge to rush to the finish-line. It’s a great training step for any male masturbator who wants to continue going higher and higher for the rest of his life.
With some deep breathing to relax, I learned to be able to glide the contraption up-and-down (or is it in-and-out) along my shaft and puffy mushroom head more assertively, faster. Also, I tried many variations: twirling it on just my penis-head; deeply inserted all-penis thrusts; twisting it slowly on all-the-way deep in-and-out strokes; “kissing” along the shaft and head with that rubbery opening, between spells of insertion.
Indeed, the Fleshlight is spectacular, though for me, personally, it has not ended up being something I do really often. It’s a great training tool for learning to “endure” potent all-penis stimulation, and sometimes I still use it as a special occasion. For me, nothing I’ve ever experienced ultimately beats what I can do with my hands.
Still, I highly recommend the Fleshlight. I’ve heard it’s the most popular sex-toy in the world. I know that now it has a lot of competition, but also there are good reasons for its popularity. It’s definitely a worthwhile investment, IMO. Do follow the instructions and take good care of the EEEVILLL thing!!!

I’ve watched other bators here on BW enjoying their flesh lights. These men always seemed to thoroughly enjoy masturbating with this toy. My curiosity got the best of me and I recently purchased one with a vaginal opening. As soon as it arrived, I unwrapped and washed it. Next I lubed up with coconut oil and started fucking my “heavenly” model. Immediately upon penetration I knew I was in for a great experience. The stimulation and feeling was so sensational that I was on the verge of cumming within a couple of minutes. I had to withdraw and rest. After 10 seconds I repenetrated and experienced a fabulous orgasm. This flesh light definitely got the better of me. I cleaned it up, inside and out-not an easy task. A week later I used it again. I was determined to improve my self control. I did for about 5 minutes before experiencing, yet again, a fabulous orgasm.
Bottom line: the flesh light is a fantastic sex toy that provides incredible pleasure and joy. It really does feel like a real pussy. It is well worth the cost. I still prefer my hand for sensational variety and longevity of bate. I plan to use my flesh light sparingly, a sort of special date, or in combination with my hands during an extended masturbation session.
I bought a Quickshot at a local sex store last year as part of celebrating May which is Masturbation Month. It honestly feels so good I only break it out for special occasions Lol. The store clerk also recommended the best lube to go with it. I haven’t used the Fleshlight tho this is a version of it where I can see the head poke through on each down stroke. You can see my first time using it on a video I posted on BW
I use a Quickshot and I love it. I often worried I wasn’t girthy enough for a Fleshjack because I have often had issues feeling sensation during anal but it feels incredible! I highly recommend it!
I have been hearing its praises for years, so I am going to finally buy one. I have been often skeptical about such devices based on past experiences, but this seems worth the risk. After all, is there really a such thing as bad masturbating?
